HOUSEI will view your property to give suggestions for map utilities, and discuss the perfect placement for your HOUSEI.
We'll review your detailed all-in contract with you, it has total cost for unit and shipping & delivery. (standard) This also includes a site plan, installation strategy, and the cost for and site work ( Optional, if you decide to hire us to do the installations work for you).
We'll develop the necessary permits for your project and submit them to your local jurisdiction.(Optional, if you decide to hire us for the installations and permit service)
We'll prepare your property to install your HOUSEI Home, including foundation and utility work (Optional, if you decide to hire us for the installations).
Your completed HOUSEI unit will arrive to your home. Pack a picnic, invite your neighbors, and watch as your new prefab ADU flies through the sky and lands in your backyard. Don't worry—your dedicated HOUSEI Project Manager will handle everything in just a few hours.
We connect your HOUSEI to utilities, wrap up the site work, and triple-check to make sure everything is picture-perfect before handing you the keys. ( Optional, if you decide to hire us for the installations)
