Strong motor

The self-developed high-integration/high power-to-weight ratio motor, with the support of the flexible motion control system, provides precise assistance for the handling process, with a maximum output of 95N·m (single-side motor), making it easy to carry heavy objects. In addition, the motor is also very stable, with low noise and easy maintenance.

Strong structure

The lightweight body made of carbon fiber has a load capacity of 40kg. After hundreds of CAE simulations and optimizations, it takes into account both lightness and reliability, creating a light experience for users.

High efficiency

Under the same working conditions, the user carried 30kg and the efficiency was increased by 36% compared to not using the exoskeleton. Note: The comprehensive test results of electromyographic signal + oxygen consumption

Waist saving

It provides 40kg of assistance when standing up to lift heavy objects, and provides a certain amount of cushioning when bending over to place heavy objects, saving physical effort in carrying and reducing the probability of lumbar muscle strain.

Save arm effort

The work gloves are connected to the shoulder straps through webbing, which distributes a certain amount of pulling force from the hands to the shoulders, providing static pulling force for carrying. When carrying for a long time, it can reduce arm fatigue and soreness.

Legs save effort

When walking, the motors on both sides identify the movement trend and provide 12N·m of walking assistance to the legs.
